Excellent communication skill from order to delivery.

Excellent price at Paint shed. Delivery on time too.
Product covered previously woodstained windows very well with only 2 coats, giving a complete colour change. ( brown to black)
Only possible drawback is that it’s not the easiest to apply without leaving brushmarks. Quick drying and a little sticky, but if you’re aware of this a good finish is certainly possible.

Phoned, asked advice. Given clearly and helpfully. As soon as call finished, he loaded vehicle, drove straight here and brought it all up lots of steps, with a smile!

4 stars because I asked for advice on which paint to use on a particular surface through an email but got no reply.

Only thing I hoped for next day delivery but never got it but like the paint shed

I ordered a 5L can of Armstead colour mix vinyl paint for my lounge. I have used Armstead quality paints before & have no complaints. After shaking the can rigorously & stirring it, I found white unmixed blobs being rollered out onto the walls and had to discontinue use. I immediately contacted The Paint shed & advised them of this.
After being told they would look into it I got an email reply off them several days later advising me to sieve the paint through a pair of tights before use !!!!
I don't own a pair of tights and nor do I wear them.....no offer of any replacement can nor a refund.....what an insult. I won't be using them again.
